Creative Director 

In just three months, I led a comprehensive transformation of the gallery’s creative, digital, and operational landscape—building and designing the website, developing business cards, catalogues, marketing collateral, and event materials, and setting up essential systems such as the CRM, art inventory, and Artnet profiles. I managed all digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns, event invitations, and Instagram content (such as the Art Market Series, behind-the-scenes reels, and collection highlights), while designing vinyls for exhibitions, creating editorial ad campaigns, and overseeing photography, video, and content production that increased online engagement by 70%. Our email campaigns achieved a 45% open rate, significantly outperforming industry averages and strengthening audience engagement.

 

We organized and directed editorial campaigns, interviews, and sponsored features, collaborating closely with editors, publishers, and distributors, and wrote and distributed press releases to strengthen visibility across press and institutional networks. Additionally, I provided curatorial support and assisted in managing three exhibitions—curating the artistic vision with commercial objectives—while shaping spatial design concepts to enhance visitor experience. Throughout, I led creative and brand strategy across digital, print, and spatial platforms, ensuring cohesive storytelling, refined aesthetics, and a unified brand presence for the gallery.

Designed Marketing Materials

Created a full suite of marketing collateral for the gallery, aligning design, messaging, and brand identity. This included fliers, business cards, event invitations.

Exhibition Design & Vinyal 

Created all vinyl artwork for exhibitions and oversaw the full installation process to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence. This included signage, business cards, event invitations.

Exhibition Inventory 

Directed photoshoot of the gallery's collection to be used for catalogue's, sent to clients and for marketing materials.

Art Direction for Editorials

Managed a creative team (publishers, editors, photographers) and external partners to deliver high-quality visual and experiential outputs.​

This included designing the covers for print publications and managing interviews with artists for exclusive news features.
